Reread your lease to find out the terms of end of contract or early termination. Contact the manager or lessor early enough to agree on the applicable notice period, the exit inventory and the handing over of keys.
Clean the accommodation, return the planned equipment and keep proof of payment as well as the signed inventory. Clarify the statement of charges and the terms of release of the guarantee. Do not automatically consider the guarantee as payment of the last rent. For UCLouvain accommodation, follow the instructions of the Housing Department.
