Before closing an account, wait for payment of the planned transactions: final payment of scholarship or blocked account, guarantee reimbursement and statements. Provide a durable contact address. If you use the UCLouvain blocked account or a scholarship, ask the management department for closing terms.
Prepare for the return trip and check the requirements of the destination and transit country. Maintain appropriate health coverage until you are picked up at your destination.
